Magnificent apartment part of a Provencal property, with a large communal pool that makes the happiness of young and old.
Nestled in the fields in the heart of sunny Provence, the property is a haven of peace. Your private terrace is a nice place to relax, but the very large communal garden with its small quiet corners is also ideal for resting.
In the garden, you will find a bar and a table on which an arbor casts a pleasant shade.
A 16 km, you can stroll in the charming village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, which offers a colorful market. Les Baux-de-Provence and 'Eygalière are also worth a visit, and in the Alpilles, you can take a magnificent walk in an unforgettable natural setting.
Just 20 minutes away, the historic city of Avignon is at your feet. This accommodation is an ideal base to make the most of the calm and sun of the department of Bouches-du-Rhône.
The apartment is 60 m2 on one level and arranged as follows:
- A sitting area with a 160x200 sofa bed that opens onto the terrace.
- A kitchen equipped with electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle…
- A bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
- Large garden with shared pool of 6m x 6m (with accommodation for 4 people).
Possibility to charge an electric car (fee). Tenants must inform us before arrival if they have an electric car.
- Free on-site parking
- Cleaning: 60 euros to pay on site
- Sheets and towels: optional 15 euros per person
- Deposit: 500 euros to pay on the day of your arrival and return at the end of your stay.
