Ideally situated, facing the sea, and near a large beach accessible on foot, you can swim in the 2 shared swimming pools of the residence directly from the apartment.
The area is a seaside resort at the entrance of Cannes. You will find all the pleasures of the seaside as well as all nearby shops. An efficient and very regular bus service allows you to reach the Croisette in a few minutes and travel along the coast. You also have two train stations, with Cannes La Bocca and Le Bosquet stations 5 minutes away, to reach the main cities of the French Riviera, Nice airport or Cannes TGV station.
Ideal for a family or friends stay.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the ground floor of a tourist residence, with a 40 m2 terrace and a fenced garden.
Equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hobs, coffee machine...

Open cabin area with a 140x190 cm bed.
Bathroom with shower and toilet (renovated in 2024).
