Very bright and functional, the apartment is 10 minutes’ walk from the beaches, and 5 minutes from the shopping center. Ideal for a stay with family or friends. ATTENTION, the surroundings of the residence are being finished, the path to access it is not yet tarred. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a new residence. Its surface is 50 m2 and its characteristics are: - A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed - a large main room with: a living/dining room with TV, double sofa bed and pull-out bed in 90x200, a fully equipped kitchen area: induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine… - a bathroom with toilet, - a large terrace with a board and outdoor furniture.
