Calm and soothing place, you can admire the broom of the royal kites from the large sunny terrace, from where the sea and the valley of Reginu are offered to you by a vertiginous overhang.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Accommodating 6 people, the villa has an area of 160m2 on 2 levels.
1st level:
- Living room/ living room with reading area and games with a library, a large LED screen, sound bar, warm light for the reading area, variable neutral light for the living room/ lounge. Large natural oak table. Air conditioned.
- Air-conditioned open kitchen: spacious fully equipped kitchen, cooking oven (traditional and steam), large microwave grill, refrigerator, dishwasher high, gas hob, wine cellar service, coffee makers (Nespresso + filter)...
- Laundry room with washing machine, freezer and wall cupboard
- Separate toilet with hand basin.
- Air-conditioned master suite, sea and valley view, with bed 160x200, office space (wifi + ethernet), large LED screen, variable light, shower room with stone sink double sink, dressing room.
- Access to terrace, sea and mountain views, and heated pool.

Il n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce que le logement se situait dans un lotissement où la majoration des maisons sont en travaux. Heureusement, pas de bruit durant notre séjour (à part une journée)
