Located in the park of the former Benedictine monastery of Erbalunga, Villa Cintolino offers an exceptional quality of services, in a place steeped in history.
A large swimming pool of 15m longer, heated, with sea view, a pool house for outdoor dining, and a large garden around the house will allow you to spend an unforgettable stay.
A few minutes walk from the village of Erbalunga, you will have a large outdoor space, rare in the area.
Possibility to rent the «Villa Piccula», with 5 bedrooms, for large families.
Accommodating 12 people, the villa has an area of 200m2 on 2 levels, with independent access.
Ground Floor:
- Large living/dining room opening onto the garden and pool house.
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hob...
- A master suite with a 180cm bed, a bathroom with bath, double sinks and toilet, open to the garden.
- A bedroom with a trundle bed and a desk.
- An independent toilet.
1st Floor:
- Two adjoining bedrooms with 180cm beds, sharing a bathroom with shower and double sink, a toilet, and a terrace with sea view.
- Bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with toilet.
- Bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with toilet.
Exterior:
Large green garden in front of the house, with sea and mountain views.
Large swimming pool (15m x 5m) heated, sea view and view of the convent of Erbalunga, with terrace equipped with deckchairs.
Pool house equipped with a dining area, barbecue, with direct access to the pool.
Private and secure parking.
Deposit: 4000 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
Pets are accepted but subject to the number, and size of these.
Cleaning and linen (towels, bath towels, sheets) included in the rental.
Intermediate cleaning and linen change included for rentals of two weeks.
Possibility of a chef at home, boat rental, and private yoga classes.
Check-in and key collection are done directly at the property.

Nous avons apprécié la villa et ses extérieurs, avec cette superbe vue. L'emplacement, proche du port d'Erbalunga et des commodités, est très agréable.
Le lieu est paisible.
