Accommodating 10 people, the villa has an area of 140m2 on 2 levels.
1st level:
- Large living/dining room opening onto a sea view terrace.
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hob...
- A master suite with a 160cm bed, a shower room with double sinks, and an office area.
- Two bedrooms with 160cm beds.
- A shower room with double sink.
- An independent toilet.
2nd level:
- A room with a 160cm bed.
- A bedroom with 2 beds in 80cm bed
- A shower room with shower.
- A kitchen/living/dining area.
- An independent toilet.
- Gym.
- Large garden, pool with sea view, quality outdoor furniture.
Parking provided.
Deposit: 3000 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
Pets are accepted but subject to the number, and size of these.
Cleaning and linen (towels, bath towels, sheets) included in the rental.
Intermediate cleaning and linen change included for rentals of two weeks.
Possibility of a chef at home, boat rental, and private yoga classes.
Check-in and key collection are done directly at the property.

Vi abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri due figli piccoli: casa pulita, cucina accessoriata, ampio spazio esterno con piscina. Host molto recettivo, Yolande estremamente disponibile, sia per essere venuta incontro ai nostri contrattempi nel check in, sia per aver prontamente risolto alcune questioni insorte nel corso del soggiorno dovute al maltempo.
