A living room, and a large dining room overlooking the terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher…
A bedroom with a bed 160x200cm, equipped with a dressing room.
A bedroom with two beds 90x190cm, equipped with a dressing room.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
An independent toilet.
Exterior:
Dining area with charcoal barbecue.
Swimming pool 9m x 4,5m with an alarm system.
A large terrace equipped with deckchairs, ideal for resting.
Parking secured by a barrier that can accommodate 3vehicles.
Cleaning and linen (sheets and towels) included in the rental.
Deposit: 2000 euros to pay the day of your arrival and return at the end of stay.
